My EAD expires Oct 19 2000. I applied for EAD renewal in person at the Local INS office
in Tampa on July 18 2000. I was told then that i should get this in
I called INS about this. They say we are supposed to stop working once EAD expires until we get a renewal approved. I am not sure whether having a receipt helps. I also have a receipt from VSC. Does anybody have any kind of info on this ?!
you can try going to the local ins office to apply for it and let them know you already had a filing w/ the service center. However, you will need to pay the $100 again.
