FP at Newark 8/23/00 for self. Wife 9/7/00. Both FPs cleared by FBI in two days.
Indian. Have never called IIO. Been checking automated messages on Saturdays for the past two weeks. I have no grievance as people have waited more than I have done.
AOS approved for my wife and I as per automated message. Approval date 9/26/00.
Intent to Deny for my daughter (12 yrs). An unique adoption case. Preparing to answer the notice through lawyer. There appears to be a good case. Shall share the experience with details later. I have not found any such case among the archived discussions. I do not access this board often. If anybody needs info they can email. Thanks and good luck.
