I have been a silent observer of this forum and cannot not keep silent anymore. I got the 485 approval emails for myself and my wife today.
Here is my history:
Labor substitution : AD - 09/23/1999
EB3
EADs - 3 Eads used till date(one interim ead and one ead took 11 months)
AP - 2 APs(one still pending since march 2004)
I140 : ND : 08/23/2002
RFE: 12/01/2003(rfe said that the labor that i was using was already
used on an approved gc??)
AD : 02/24/2004
I485 : ND: 09/18/2002
FP1 : 10/28/2002
FP2 : 01/18/2005
RFE: 03/11/2005(employment letter, 2 months paystubs, 2yrs federal
tax returns)
AD: 04/30/2005(got emails today and waiting for the approval
notice)
This forum has been very helpful during these past 4-5 nerve wrecking years and I sincerely hope that all those on the waiting list turn green(ie card holders) soon!!
