I am outside of the US, and checked online and learned that my I485 got approved. Happy for that! But I am confused after reading some of this portal's threads... I left the country on valid H1B on Dec23rd 04 without having received notice yet, I am scheduled to fly back on Jan2nd 05. Do I have to do anything different or just fly back with my H1B and deal with notices, stamps on passport, etc when I get back? BTW, my lawyer might be on holidays cause he has not answered my email... I will appreciate your help!

As long as you have a valid H1B, you will be taking into secondary inspection and parolled. No need to worry. You will need to than set up your passport stamping appointment as soon as you can.
