I485 Approved. Passport Stamp at Newark NJ

Just received approval notice from my attorney today.
My info: ND Sept 14, 99 (EAC-99-265) EB2 RIR China.

I need to get my passport stamped at Newark. My questions
are:
1. Do I have to go on Wed, which is specified on approval notice?
Can I go on Monday or Tuesday?
2. Can I go there on Saturday?
