I485 Approved of Oct 2002. What Next?

On 10th November I got an email saying my I485 is approved. I called on 1st of Nov to update my adress and on 4th of Nov my online status was updated informing an RFE. I havent received the RFE but did get the approval email on 10th. I did an early FP without my notice as my wife who is my dependent got a FP notice so the officer in San Antonio generated a FP notice for me too when I got there. LUD for my wife has not changed yet even two months after the finger prints. Neither her RFE is issued for medical as we did not send her medical with the application.
Questions. Shall I wait for the GC to come or can go and get the passport stamped after printing approval from website. What is the process like.
B) Shall I send my wife's medical without the RFE or wait for the RFE so that the medical does not gets lost
Edit. I got my passport stamped today on 15th. It took 1:30 minutes of waiting time for my number. I printed the copy of the web for approval. They stamped the passport kept my work permit and said Green card will come in six months. Does it takes that much time.
