Called IIO and found out that our case (me and my spouse\'s) were approved on 10/12, however, the automated message has not been changed. Neither our attorney\'s office nor we have received the approval notice till now (after 9 days). Is it normal to not receive the notice after 9 days? When should I start to call INS to see if mail was lost? Our details are:
