I485 approved in 92 days

I was waiting for my EAD and when I saw the emails from CRIS I thought it was for EAD only...and it was. But then there were other emails too regarding my 485 case and their status said

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So, I (actually my wife) called uscis and they confirmed this status.

Later in the evening, I got another email from CRIS regarding my 485 and it gives the status as
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Current Status: Card production ordered.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So, that's about it....uscis is totally unpredictable.

Congratulations friend. I do not believe this. EB3 India with RD June 2007 got approval where we old timers are still waiting for a drop of rain . :D

I don't know what an SR is....of course I never raised one. Ditto for Congressional Inquiries.

I really don't know what to say. I'm still a bit dazed. I just wish they do something about this (broken) system and have a little bit more transparency into how they handle cases. It took 4 years to get my LC...and then 4 months to get through the remaining stages.

What surprises me is that fact that your EB3 app. got approved in Sept. even though visa #'s for EB3 are unavailable.

If they indeed allocated visa # before than it must have been in June or July before the fiasco !! As you did his FP on Aug 1st. What chance is it that they allocated a # before...almost none!

So this is baffling in the visa # perspective.
 
Today I recieved an email from CRIS saying EAD has been approved. I noticed there was an LUD on the all the AP's and EAD's for my family on todays date but I didnt recieve an email saying AP has been approved.
Now just hoping that the GC is not too far away.
 
Wrong birth date on fp and Advanced parole

Could anybody please advice me on what to do to corrent the date of birth on my advanced parole and fp. I have an appointment for fp on September 25th but my lawyers used the British system to enter the birthday(day first). I am also travelling on October 3 and I am alittle worried I amy have trouble coming in. My lawyers say it is not bis deal but I don't trust them
 
got AP

I got my AP approved 10 days after the first LUD change on AP. 485 is still sitting at the Finger print LUD and nothing's changed on that. One of my colleagus got her 485 approved , no EAD and AP just straight to 485! Her's was EB3 , PD-09/2002.

Wow! Lucky colleague. I hope we get that lucky. My 485 is also sitting at FP LUD. I dont think theres too many 2001's out there. But they arent really processing according to PD. Its all luck and whoevers papers are all clear with no namecheck problems or RFEs. Any idea what the avg time is for the actual EAD or AP card to reach a person after recieving card production ordered email from CRIS?
