I want to share my GC approval to you.

I-140 RD May 2003 (EB1- OR category)
I485/EAD/AP RD July 2003
FP Sept. 2003

I-140/EAD/AP AD Dec. 10th, 2003
I485 AD Sept. 28th, 2004
Passport Stamping done on Oct. 5th, 2004.

From various discussion on this forum, TSC is assuming my case as Concurrent filing since I filed my I-485 before the approval of I-140 application.

second EAD approved in 15 days

Is there any chances of mine getting approved before my FP Expires?? :eek:

My 140 and 485 are approved recently (I got mails on Oct 11 2004). I am waiting for approval papers to come.

Yesterday I took an Info Pass appointment. The earliest appointment I could take is on October 29 2004.

Do I need to wait that long? Can I go in walk-in?

What papers do I need to carry?

Any replies to this will be greatly appreciated.

I had send a reminder fax to TSC requesting them that my finger printing will expire in 3 months. (I had done 12 months ago my FP).

I send fax on Sept. 25, 2004 and saw my approval online on Sept. 28th, 2004 without any RFEs.

You can try the same.

Congrats and welcome to GC club!

I had walk in at Charleston USCIS office. All the paper work and PP stamping was done at the counter itself within 15 minutes.

They ask for EADs and AP. Take them with you if you have any.

You don't to have wait till end of the month.

TSC service center; general expediate fax number

Check USCIS website about Texas Service Center; Under various services done by TSC, it has also general expediate procedures which as the fax number.
