I485 Approved for Me & my Family

Hello,

I just checked the BCIS verification and my I-485 has been approved!!!!
Details:
WAC-0204350XXX
Notice date: November 18 2001
RFE sent per online system: December 9 2002, I did not received.
Called BCIS Officer: February 27, fax inquiry to resend RFE letter
RFE: received March 7, 2003
RFE sent March 11, 2003
Approval date: April 3, 2003

I was the one asking for advice when I received my RFE regarding AC21, I changed my employer after 180 days, I made my own letter.

Congrats basc,

Could you please tell all of us what all did you do after changing jobs ? Did you inform INS right away ? Also what all information you sent to them ? The letter you mentioned, could you post the text from that of course after hiding sensative information.

Can you pl. post your RFE details? Did you inform INS about ur job change before you got RFE?

I filed my own I4-85

The RFE are the following:
1. They requested for my employment offer and if not working with i-140 petitioner, it says refer to AC21. Since I filed myself my I-485, I was the one who composed my letter expalining that I am eligible for the AC21.
2. Employment certification from my new employer was sent
3. W-2 for 2002
4. Letter explaining why I moved to another employer.

I did not inform them that I changed employer until I received the RFE.

What was the format of letter could u please post it in a generic form.
