Heard it on the AVM last night. Full time employee with very large company for four and a half years. Very straight forward case. Labor (Non-RIR) was stuck for over two years, I think because it was filed after Feb 14, 1998.
Hang in there all, your time will also come. I am here for over nine years (F1 then H1) but never gave up hope and did not panic. Unfortunately there is not a lot that we can do other than let the process go through its phases. GOOD LUCK and BEST WISHES.
