I485 approved but Notice NOT received

I485 approved but Notice NOT received I need an urgent help here. The USCIS website says that my & my wife's I485 was approved on Nov 4 2004, but I have not received the approval notice so far. My attorney also has not received the attorney's copy. I called the customer service. They have variable answers. Some say that I should submit the I-824 form for duplicate approval notice, whereas some say that I should submit the 'Non-delivery' request with USCIS. What are my best options here??

Thanks for your reply. My attorney suggested to write to uscis. I did that. Now they say that they are going to send new notice.
