I485 approved after I140 redo (as per IIO)

Talked to IIO today. As per her my I185 has been approved on 1/8/2001.
She won\'t give the details for my wife. So my wife also called,
and her I184 has been approved on 1/8/2001 as well. However, AVM for
both of us still has the old recording, "On Nov 28 we recd. the reposnse to RFE...."

EB2 India
   I485 :
           PD 2/11/1998
           RD 8/24/1999
           ND 9/14/1999
          RFE 10/19/2000

RFE I140 redo :
           RD 11/21/2000
           ND 11/28/2000
           AP 01/08/2001 (As per AVM)

I485 approved : 01/08/2001 (As per IIO, AVM not changed)

Did your I-140 and 485 get approved on the same day. Also at what point did your AVM for 485 get updated that the RFE response was recived.
Was it after VSC recd your I-140 redo package.
Or was it after ur I-140 was approved.
 
I sent my 140 in Dec but message still says RFE sent on Dec XX. When can I expect the AVM updation.

Yes, apparently they were approved on the same day. But AVM for I485 has not beed updated so far. AVM for I485 changed after VSC recd I140 redo package. But again RFE was for I140 redo as well as Medical. So I\'d sent Medical alongwith the I140 redo package as well.

legal alien, Question for you? what did the AVM for the I140 say before the approval, i got my I140 Redo reciept notice and i checked the message, and it says its taking 240-480 days? what is your comment?

Where is the A# Listed on the I-140 recipt notice. I just have the EAC# listed. There is no provision for A# in the I-140 recipt notice. Can u clarify.

Did you need to send the I140 receipt notice to INS after you got it?

Could you tell me what was the procedure for that, what my lawyer did is she sent the response for I485 RFE (I140 App + Notice of Action).

Now I hear from some guys that I should send the receipt notice after getting it.
