I am interested in knowing if anybody had experiences with their I 485 being approved using AC21, ie, did anyone get it approved after receiving RFE for the same.
One of my friend got approval under AC21.
His RD is Sep 2001.
He changed job after 180 days.
He got RFE for Employment letter in December.
He replied RFE in 1st week of January.
His case approved in 3rd week Feb 2003.
