I485 approvals from NSC.. Labor State??

Hello, I485 approvals from NSC

I have seen a lot of approvals from NSC today. Could you pl share from which state your labor was from.

I have seen a lot from Illinois today not any from Michigan. Is that NSC is processing based on a labor filing state or any other formula.

How do you know today's approvals are from IL, great observation, also I found most of the approvals today are from RD 2003

Good question...I believe that it is do more with Labor PD date than any state or center...In old times, I have filed state labor from MN and fedaral labor from Chicago...Now it has changed completely...But Believe me , you are the NEXT in queue for APPROVAL...They have approved Nov, Dec 2002 and Jan 2003 PD cases...so you are right THERE...GOOD LUCK...

I am unable to see any pattern of approval. I guess the lucky ones are getting out of this mess.
