I485 approval while outside US?

Hello,

My/Mywife's GC processing is currently ongoing and we had applied for I-140 and I-485 (EB2, priority 2/2002) in April 06. My wife has gone to India on Advance Parole and plans to return in late April.

In case the I140/I485 is approved before her return, will she have any issues at the Port of entry while entering using the Advance parole?
