I485 Approval Question ??

My RD is 03/2000
   ND is 04/2000
Category EB2

Is anybody in similar situation and not yet been approved ? I am from Portland,OREGON which I have been told is slow.

Does the location make a difference

if u filed in portland,OR INS then it is slow,
u should have filed under NSC, u should be getting at any time now.
