I485 approval notice missing in mail

My I485 was approved and approval notice mailed on sep 8th.
Myself or my attorney havent recieved the notice. No change of address.
Did not recieve call for biometrics.
How should I proceed ?

Take the appointment at local office. Even you can take the status on the web site They will have all the details.
 
I went to the san jose ins local office and they mentioned that they will require the mailed approval notice for stamping. They mentioned to do what the customer service suggests.
When checked with customer service they said that the mailed notice was not returned to them and asked to apply for a duplicate approval notice I824, and may take around 4-5 months.
 
Is there a way that I can schedule an appointment for biometrics without the mailed approval notice ?
