Itook my fingerprints in Aug. of 2003, since it has been more than a year, would I have to take my fingerprints again before approval of my I-485? A friend of mine is getting his GC through work and has to take his fingerprints again, as it has been more than since he took his fingerprints. This bureaucratic nightmare and lack of competency on the immigrations side never ends, they just love to make our lives miserable in any possible way they can.!
