I485 approval appointment and reckless driving court date

Hi, All,

I need to go local office for I485 appointment (biometric appointment)after it was approved early this month.

Last month, I was given a citation for reckless driving, and ordered to appear in court in January next year.

Will this be asked by the officer during the process?

it depends sometime they do, sometime not....

one person i know he was caught in DUI but got 485 approval...and GC....

but the same time u should be prepared....

The traffic violations does not affect your immigration whereas
DUI WILL.

So, just don't get stressed out, go to USCIS Office and get the stamp.
The Office FOR SURE WON'T ask any questions relating to the traffic
tickets.
