I485 Application with Jan 99 Priority Date

Will MY I485 Application be approved since my priority date is Jan 99. I applied for I140 and I485 at the same time on Jun 16th 2005 and had my FP done in Aug 05 ?

Your I-485 is directly dependent on approval of I-140. Lets say if your 140 has been already approved. Then you would have to go through the finger print check and the notorious name check process. Make sure by calling USCIS regarding these two. If you still have to go through 140/Namecheck/Fingerprint. Then i guess you would have to wait a lil bit more. If both of these are cleared for your case, And If your case (485) was pending for non availability of Immigrant visa numbers then your case should be approved soon.

What do you mean? Do I need to call USCIS and make sure? or will it happen by itself/due course?

You need to make your attorney create a inquiry in your case so as to what the delay is if your 485 Processing time is beyond the listed date on USCIS website. Two things that might delay your case are "NAME CHECK" and "FINGER PRINT ANALYSIS". so if these two are cleared for you then all you have to do is wait for your approval.
your PD is Mar 1998. man thats a old date is this labor yours or your employer gave you one that was sitting with him??. Any ways best of luck.
