I485 application after 10 years of I140 approval

Hello,

My I140 (GC) was approved in 1999 (10 years ago), under EB-1A category (no employer-sponsorship was required). Due to the long waiting line, I left US. Now, I return to US and want to apply for I485 (AoS). Is my I140 still valid to file I485? Otherwise, what should I do to revive my I140?

Can some one help answer my questions? Any comment is appreciated.

Technically yes, it's still valid - but you may be asked to provide evidence that you continue to work in your area of specialty in the form of an RFE on your I-485. There is nothing you need to do to "revive" the petition.
