I am in the process of filing my I485.
I have my H1B visa valid and stamped until Nov 2008. Have travel plans in September.
My wife and son H4 visas valid and stamped until Feb 2008. They do have travel plans next year in June.
Do I need to apply for AP(Travel document) along with I485 which is only valid for one year ?
Can I apply thiis later, for ex, in Nov 2007 for my family to allow them to travel to India in june 2008 ??
Any advise would be appreciated.
