I485 and divorce

I am the primary appicant and unfortunately this I485 process has lasted more than my marriage. I am on a EAD now as my first H1 expired 5 months ago. It also looks like I will get an approval only after a year or so. I have the following questions
1) Incase I get married again before I get my 485 approval can I add my spouse as a dependent?
2) If I marry someone from my home country can I activate my H1B and get that person over here in H4(dependent visa) and then add them to my 485 as a dependent.

If you marry again you can add her in the process for sure as long as a decision is not made on your case, regarding the H1 and how she will get into the country talk to attorney.
