All,I need help real bad please help me,I have stable job and I have applied for my GC at TSC, been waiting for close to two years for my 485 to be approved, I have done my FP and currently on H1B but also hold EAD and AP.Same goes with my wife too.I am primary applicant and my wife is on H4 depedant on me with EAD and AP.
becasue things were not working out properly for last 2yrs, my wife went ot india recently and now we are planning for divorce, she is not readyto come to US for any reasona nd she does not care for her GC processing.What Ineed to know here is, how does this divorce cause any problem to my GC processing, and what all hould I be doing befor ei file for divorce....please advise...this is urgent....thanks
