I have a pending I485 from 9/00 and did my FP in 02/01. I have not heard anything about this case yet. No approval, RFE etc.
Then my lawyer also asked me to file ammended I140 due to comapny acquistion which I did in 01/01. I got RFE for this
ammended I140 for company acquistion papers and replied on 7/10/01.
Since the ammended I140 is filed separately and not as an RFE for I485, do they know about these 2 cases and could have linked them?
I would appreciate some help/advice. I do not know if my 485 is waiting becuase of I140?
