Hi all,
Iam new to this forum. My case is as follows.
My company is based in MD. I've filed my GC from there & also got the fingerprinting done.

I presently stay in NY, and iam thinking of moving to NJ.

Is it advisable to move? What should i do to ensure that all the
future correspondence from the INS will come to my new address.

Also will a copy of the correspondence (eg: RFE, Notices etc) be sent to my Lawyer ?

any help is appreciated.

No problem...

You can move to new address and inform INS within 10 days. Since MD,NY and NJ are coming under VSC, you should not have any problem, however double check with INS that they updated their database after you sent your request. All RFE and notices come to attorney first, so he can direct them to you in the mean time.
