My situation,
My I140 is with AAO for the past 6 months. Because of that all my pending 485's(Mine & family) has been sent to AAO.
I am working for compA with my EAD.
In the meantime CompB is buying CompA and is retaining me with the same job code and assignments and salary. They are reday to file AC21.
So, Filling AC21 now , Is it of any use, Will it be approved with the current new rules and my current situation??
Please let me know ASAP because, CompB is taking CompA on 17th June.
