I filled I140 with Consular Processing(CP) option still pending since June. My wife is on H4, she has got H1 approved last month, and she needs to go to india for her new H1 visa. Now she is not willing to go to that job. we just wanted to leave that H1. Any risks for not to go for her H1B visa stamping with my current Green card process ???
