I30 emergency question

HI,
really need your help in this. I heard that we cannot apply I30 petition for siblings any longer after Dec31st 2013!!! Can someone please confirm that? Cause that would give me a heart attack! Let me know ASAP

Nope. The immigration reform bill was going to remove the ability to petition for siblings, but it is nowhere near to passing.
 
That bill also included an 18-month grace period to allow more sibling petitions before they removed the category, so even if it passed today you would still have a chance to file for your siblings (unless you're not a citizen yet and don't expect to become a citizen within 18 months).
