I181 after citizenship?

Hi Folks,

I got my greencard about 7 years ago and my US citizenship about 2 years ago. Today I got an I181 notice from USCIS saying that my case for permanent residence is being processed!! What gives? What does this notice mean?

One other factoid that I should add to this is that I had sent in a change of address form to USCIS (I have sponsored my wife for gc) a few weeks ago. But really, that shouldn't trigger the above notice...
 
Could it be that USCIS mixed up you and your wife and that your wife is the one whose card is actually being processed not you? You can always make an Infopass and try to find more. It seems to me that the notice was intended for your wife.
