I applied for I140 back in september. I receipt date is september 27 and notice date october 16. My 140 got approved november 14. The center was nebraska. Category was eb2/rir

my rd is june 25. one of the attorneys that i talked to is saying they are going to approve 140 and 485 together if they have been filed concurrently.

What is Notice Date?



What is this Notice Date and when does one get it?

The INS Case Status Online just tells me that they received my I-140 application on Nov. 7th. So that means my RD (Receipt Date) is Nov. 7th. What is my Notice Date? What do I need to do to get it?

Hi Amolvb,

If INS online status says they received your application on 07-Nov-02, that means your ND is 07-Nov-02.

When did you mail your application? Usually most attorneys send the applications by overnight. In that case, your RD will be the next working date.
