I1485, I360 pending , planning to travel on advance parole

I came to US on H1B in 2001, married my wife in 2004, my wife passed away last December 06. We were married for 2 yrs and 2 months. We had our GC interview on 10/31/2006, everything went ok, and officer didn't approve my GC due to my name check pending. Office told me that name check request sent FBI on 01/22/2005, it's been 26 months since name check is pending. Last week of JAN 07 I submitted I360 (widower petition).also during Jan 07 I applied for my advance parole which was approved last week. I’m so emotionally disturbed since my wife passed away, I'm think of going to my home country for next few months, any issues me traveling on advance parole(which was issued last week) while I-360 & I-485(name check) pending .

I’m very disturbed & confused, any help appreciated.

can someone comment on my issue, do you know any issues me travelling on advance parole while I-360 pending ??
