I1485 EB based moved to May 2002

What does the hell that mean? Do they finish all of the May and before cases? are they starting to work on June and after cases? any idea?
 
They moved from Feb-2002 to May-2002, It means that in next report they may go back to Feb-2002.

Anyone, correct me if I am wrong.
 
don't try to interpret this action and waste your time. Enjoy the moment whcih NSC has given you by jumping 3 months in a week. As this moment "kal ho na ho".
 
I saw the Shrukh Khan show recently in Chicago.
They played a small fun play named "Kala ho na ho, parso to hoga hi"

NSC jumped liked that from Feb'02 to May'02 (skipping/approving :confused: March and April )
 
I think its a good sign, now all those with RD before 05/31/02 can call the famous 800 number for USCIS and bug 'em...

and its just not May 2002, its May "31st" 2002.

But bad news about I-140 (Skilled Worker or Professional), it has moved back.
Today's date >>> 8/31/2003,
Was >>> 12/11/03, as of 9/15/04
Was >>> 9/15/03, as of 7/1/2004

I agree it is good news. Atleast now people with ND May 1st and before can initiate a status query and also take help from senators, without getting the response 'processing date is still Feb, we cannot do anything till it goes beyon your ND'. So those who have ND 30 days before May 31st 2002 should take these actions ASAP, before NSC decides to roll back procesing dates like they did for I-140, in the next report.

anything is possible in NSC and it is most likely. because they did it in Past,

we know that so we will see their progress in next two report and then we can say confirm that it has been moved to May 30, 2002,

until that It is Feb 01, 2002

This time we should trust on dates

I just want to make sure that folks trust on these USCIS dates so here is my story....few weeks back I happened to talk to some sanator's office folks and one made the call to NSC and told me that they are processing may 02 cases so you need to wait for a while. Since then I was wondering why the hack they are not updating their web site and finaly they did so I think we should trust the updated dates.

This is just my personal theory. Have fun.
