Gurus,

My I-140 was approved around One and Half year back with my previous employer. Recently i changed my job to a different company using my EAD. Now my previous employer withdrew my 140 in december. I filed my AC21 in Jan '06.

As anyone been in such type of a situation ? With my 140 being withdrawn how big of a problem am i in now for 485 approval.?

I really really appreciate if you can give me any suggestions/recommendations..i'm very tensed....

If its been more than 180 days from your I-485 filing date and your I-140 has already been approved, your employer's revocation of your I-140 would have no effect. You will still be eligible to use AC21. Just make sure that the new job is 'same or similar'. Also, be prepared to receive an RFE since USCIS, in almost all cases, would want to check that you have another AC21 job offer to be still eligible for AOS benefit.

Thanks catch_22_4_GC for your reply. But since my AC21 went after my previous employer inovoked revokation is that some thing of a big concern.
Please let me know.

No. It would not affect your I-485 at all. Infact, USCIS takes a look at your AC21 letter only when your I-485 comes for adjudication. Besides, some lawyers even advise to send AC21 letter only if your receive an RFE. So you have nothing to worry.
