I140 with labor sub

My I-140 was filed in May 2004 using labor sub at CSC. EB2.

The current processing times for CSC is Jan 30, 2004 and my status online (USCIS) says, it is taking between 360 and 360 days for us to process this kind of case.

Does it takes more time for a decision to be made for I-140 using labor sub ?

Will it help if I file my I-485 ?

I havent applied for I-485 yet. So I guess it is non-concurrent. Would my case become concurrent once my I-485 is applied, ofcouse before I-140 is apporoved ?

If you can help it, file your I485 as soon as you can. In my case, both were approved on the same date and the whole greencard process took 1 year and 2 months.
