Recently Got I140 RFE about Company Financial ability to pay.
and my company has showed losses in 2002.

I have all paystubbs of this year which are well above LC stated wages.
(Is More Ok for BCIS?)

What are the chances of approval.

Is/was anybody in the same boat.

Has anybody got Recent approval in such scenario?

Please advise..
:)

Hi LXS,

I beleive that higher salary will not be a problem.
I assume that you are getting your GC processed with the same company. In that case, it will be good for you. Like.. your attorney can claim that the company had been paying the salary to him for the past so many years..

I don't think the losses in one particular year should be a problem. BCIS would consider two, three years financial history, number of employees, over all size of the company etc..

Good Luck !!!

Thanks for your Input Rama Raju.

Yes, I am getting GC processed by same company for which I work.

So Having salary stubbs from company is strong point to prove Company's Financial viability!!

I am hoping for best.

Thanks Once again
:)
