I140 was denied, help!!

Hi,

My I140 was denied on 2/9/2007 due to employer's "inability to pay." My lawyer will submit a motion to reopen the case on 3/7/2007. I am just wondering how long it takes for me to know the decision. :confused: PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
