I140 Update Finally

Finally got a LUD on my I-140, details are as follows:

CSC EB-3

self
I140 RD 06/25/04 LUD 02/16/05
I485 RD 06/25/04 LUD 10/27/04, 12/15/04, still no FP notice

spouse
I485 RD 06/25/04 LUD 02/16/05 (same day as my I140), still no FP notice

The online messages have not changed, no RFE's yet either. Any idea whether this is a good sign or not??? Any idea when we may see a FP notice? Seems like the CSC processing date are relatively current, at least in my case? Your feedback is much appreciated.

Turns out it was an RFE both on my I140 and spouses I485 :( Guess it's wait and see now??
 
Its interesting, I thought there were no LUD changes for RFEs. How did u know it was an RFE - by calling INS ?
 
No just stated that RFE was issued,. Message was as follows:

"On February 16, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283".

I am concerned because my wife and I left the country in 2000 while our first H1B and H4's were being processed and we were on TN/TD status. Then, subsequently re-entered on TN> Technically we weren't supposed to leave while H1 was being processed, but lawyer never told us. Apparantly they consider the H1 application abandonded if you leave. We never had any issue when our H1B was renew, but can't help but worry after all this time.

Any thoughts on whether this may be the issue?
 
If you've gotten a renewal after that I doubt that would be an issue now. Sit tight, maybe it may be something trivial. I always thought they did not update the site for RFEs so this is news .. but good though.
