I140 time when applicant is in india ?

Hello.

How long does it take for I140 stage to be processed for future employment GC, if applicant is residing in india (bombay consulate) at the time of the application ?

Actually, the processing time for I140 maybe different if the applicant is in India during the process ? Isn't that right ? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
