I have filed both I140 and I485 on Jan. 2006. Tracking my situation I see no news from I140 but some activities on 485?
Do they usually appoint different officers on these files? I am under this impression that they should work first on I140 and then 485 but why actvities track are different? (none of mine are approved yet by the way).
