RFE: 09/10/2003 Replied 11/03/2003 and again on Jan/07/2004
Status Updated on USCIS website: 01/19/2004 saying that it might take between 90 and 485 days for this kind of case to be processed and however since preliminary processing is over it might come in earlier than that.
Status had been updated again in the website on 04/13/2003 saying that a response was received on 04/13/2004 and the same crap. Am totally confused, my employer claims that there wasnt any querry from INS and they hadnt sent any response after the response for the first querry.
Looking through the forums it looks like people who had RD and eND in June/July/Aug are already getting Approvals and on top of this I called INS bunch of baffoons and they just read out what we see on the uscis website and no more than that and they expect my employer to follow them up.
Could someone suggest what could be done in order to find the appropriate status and if in case it were to be rejected how could it be found.
