I just got my approved (EB2) I-140 notice that says that the case has been approved and transferred to the NVC, Portsmouth, NH. Is this normal or did my attny screw up in filing I-140 ? We are about to file the I-485 next week. I was under the impression that your case gets transferred only if you have opted for CP. Can anybody throw any light on this ? Thanks.

I was in the same situation, my I140 approval said that my documents were being transferred to the NVC. But my lawyer told me to ignore that and file the I485 anyway...so I did that and so far so good.
