I applied for I-140, 485 through company A. I joined company B after I got my Labor is approved with company A. Compnay A is good enough to continue my GC. My I-140 and 485 RD is December 13, 2002. I got my EAD in the month of August but got an RFE on I-140 asking for additional info from the company like financial statements. My attorney sent the financial info of the company, and got another RFE asking for how the company is going to support my future employment. Company A is a small company with about 15 employees onboard. My old employer is (company A) is gathering all the contracts they currently have and sending a reply in couple of days. What are the chances of my I-140 approval? Guru's please reply. Thanks in advance.
