I have a question, my details are below:
EB2 @ NSC
RD for I140 and I485 10/16/03
1st LUD on I485 - 8/4/04 - after FP.
2nd LUD on I485 - 12/15/04 - RFE issued
3rd LUD on I485 - 12/16/04 - Same message
4th LUD on I485 - 12/27/04 - RFE documents received
1st LUD on I140 -12/27/04 - RFE issued (waiting for mail)
Has anyone received RFE on both 140 adn 485 and got approved? I have a labor substitution. I am not sure what will happen. Anyone in similar situation? Also what are the usual RFEs on 140?
