I140 Rfe

My employer recently received an I140 RFE(Request for Evidence) to prove financial ability. My employer is ready with all the necessary documents to submit.
I am wondering, in case there occurs a problem with my I140, do I have the option to withdraw this application? and If so, Can I use the labor certification and proceed with my GC process through different employer?

Suggestions and help are welcome asap..

To my limited immigration knowledge, labor belongs to company and not to any individual and so it is not portable.
