I140 RFE replied status online Qustion. Please help

I140 I485 EAD ND Sept 24 2003
I140 RFE on Nov 21 2003 RFE replied.

While checking case status online i was seeing
for I485 :--
On December 5, 2003, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. However because
preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.
For I140 :--
On December 5, 2003, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 90 and 485 days for us to process this kind of case. However because
preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

I got RFE for I140 but for all(140,485,EAD,LA) the status i was seeing is that they received response.
and preliminary processing is completed what does that mean ?
Can somebody help me.

Don't panic.

One/combination of the below might have happened.
[1] The preliminary 140 review done for concurrent applications might have triggered a RFE, so the status for all might have changed.
[2] Maybe the RFE was intended for all the application.
[3] One of the new recruit at the USCIS screwed up and copied the same message to all your applications.

Call the NCS and find out and post your experience.
