I checked avs for my I140-RFE and I-485 hoping that atleast I140-RFE will be approved. But INS has not approved yet. Interstringly, I 485 AVS mentioned that they received response and it may take any where between 180-365-540 days. Does this mean I140-RFE is approved ? or is it normal to get his type of message.
