I140 RFE - Please help

I140 RFE - UnitedNations - Please need your help

Hi United Nations and All,

Here is my story. Please suggest me in replying to the below RFE:

I have applied my I140 through Company A under future Employment and it got rejected and applied MTO.

I have applied I140 through company B using my own labor certificate where I was working. But before applying I140 left company B (company B accepted to process my I140 and I agreed to re-join them while filing 485) and joined Company C.

1. While applying I140 through company B I had selected "No" for the question "If the beneficiary has had previous immigrant visa petitions filed for them."
RFE: Why I did not select Yes for above question?

2. In the labor certification in one of the company end date was wrong. Say: Aug 18, 2006 was end date and it is approved. While in the I140 process the company letter stated that I was relived from my duties as of Aug 21, 2206. They questioned on this.
RFE: why dates were in-correct?

For the #2 I have an answer.
I worked for the company till Friday say Aug 18, 2006.
After that I didn't go to work. But company issued a letter saying I was absent to work from Monday Aug 21, 2006 and I have paid money to the company according to agreement and released from the agreement. But while issuing the relieving letter they wrote: I was relived from my responsibilities as at the closing of working hours on Aug 21, 2006.

I believe that the company letter can prove that I didn't work on Aug 21, 2006. I only worked till Aug 18, 2006 which is Friday and it was my last working day with the company. Will this suffice for #2?

Please help me to answer in RFE.
