I140 RFE on experience letters

Hi

I got an RFE for I 140 asking for experience letters with details of job duties

I was working for a client through my employer and reported to a manager in client company(not my employer)

If I am able to get a letter from my ex-boss (the client manager with whom I was consulting) and also from the HR Manager of my prior employer,whose letter should I prefer for a stronger case?

I would try the Client Manger first.
